Description
Botanic is a tray designed and completely handmade in Barcelona from a green Cava bottle- a renowned sparkling wine from Catalunya. It has been transformed through cold glass manipulation techniques. The final product evokes the shape of a fruit or a leaf; it not only resembles its shape, but also the exterior texture is matte to imitate the skin of the fruit, and the interior preserves its brilliance to enlighten the food that it is destined to contain.
To complete the experience of Botanic and to clarify its concept, Lucía asked Chef Prahbu, an expert in vegan cuisine and who shares the same vision as Lucia about nature, to get inspiration from Botanic to create a special recipe. Prabhu is perfect for Botanic: he was also raised surrounded by nature and, therefore, his cuisine is based on plants and how to respect and enligthen them.
All the Botanic items will include this recipe for their future owners to cook.
